Your photo session lasts 2–3 hours and takes place on weekends between February and November. Since it’s outdoors, it's very much weather dependent so we’ll keep an eye on the weather and work flexibly to make the day go as planned.
We recommend keeping the weekend free so we can pick the best weather window for your Experience. We’ll keep you updated in the lead-up to the session.

*In order to be eligible for a full refund you must have completed the photo session and viewing time. Refunds on bookings, vouchers, incomplete photo sessions or viewing times that are not the fault of Bounders will be at our discretion (the exception being within 14 days of any Experience purchase = cooling off period). Any cancellation that is not the fault of Bounders, and is within 30 days of the photo session date, will result in an £145 deposit becoming non-refundable.
All refunds may take up to 90 days to be processed.
